Think of me as your guide who's been exactly where you are: anxiously attached, replaying every text, abandoning herself to keep someone close, wondering if you'll ever feel secure in love.

After my own 10-year relationship ended and I called off my wedding, I realised the real problem wasn't him, it was my nervous system's desperate need for reassurance. So I did the deep work: therapy, coaching, courses, books, podcasts, somatic healing, attachment theory, nervous system rewiring, the works.

And here's what I discovered: Anxious attachment isn't your fault. But healing from it… that's absolutely your responsibility.
